Tailored Trainings & Community Workshops

Education is one of the most powerful safety tools we bring to festivals and nightlife environments. Harm Reduction Circle offers a full range of customizable trainings and workshops for event producers, venue operators, and partner organizations who want to build safer, more compassionate, and more prepared event communities.

Each training is trauma-informed, interactive, and grounded in real-world experience. Whether you’re looking to upskill your security teams, brief event staff, or provide attendee-focused workshops, our programs are designed to fit seamlessly into your operations. Sessions can be delivered as 15-minute micro-trainings, 90-minute workshops, or full-day team intensives, depending on your event’s scale and needs.

Our tailored training menu includes both staff & crew training and community-facing workshops, allowing event organizers to select the right combination for their site, audience, and safety priorities.
