Overdose Response Training

Fast, Practical Overdose Response for Everyone

Quick, effective response saves lives—and equipping people with the tools and confidence to act makes every event safer. Our certified trainers deliver engaging 3–10 minute micro-trainings that teach participants how to recognize an opioid overdose and administer naloxone. Each training emphasizes dose timing, rescue breathing, recovery position, and how to connect with medical staff once emergency care is needed.

Participants who complete the training receive take-home naloxone and a confirmation card, empowering them to act in both event and community settings.

Benefits for Organizers/Venues:

  • Expands the pool of trained responders across the event
  • Reduces burden on security and medical teams by empowering attendees
  • Demonstrates proactive commitment to guest safety and harm reduction
  • Provides measurable outcomes (kits distributed, guests trained) for post-event reporting
Benefits for Guests:

  • Immediate access to free overdose prevention training
  • Take-home naloxone kits with clear instructions
  • Confidence to respond in life-threatening emergencies
  • Practical, portable skills they can use beyond the event
