Harm Reduction Circle & FentanylSolutions (FS) are joining forces to support the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) at the San Diego Pride Festival on July 15th & 16th. The Pride Festival is San Diego’s largest 2-day event highlighting the best in LGBTQ entertainment, interactive exhibits, cultural presentations, & community resources. together, we will provide vital harm reduction services, including the distribution of Fentanyl Testing Strips, Naloxone, & comprehensive training to attendees.
The San Diego Pride Festival is a vibrant & inclusive event, featuring multiple stages, dance areas, vendors, & community booths. HRC volunteers are able to contribute 4 hours of their time on either Saturday or Sunday, & will receive a single-day GA pass granting entry for the day(s) they are volunteering only. Our goal is to offer harm reduction resources and education to festival attendees, promoting their well-being.
This partnership between Harm Reduction Circle, FS, & AHF is set to have a significant impact on the San Diego Pride Festival community. Last year, Harm Reduction Circle was fortunate to receive a generous grant from the AIDS Healthcare Foundation to develop and implement our Dual-Ended Sexual Health Initiative which has allowed us to raise awareness about sexual health issues & expanding access to vital HIV testing services. We are thrilled about this opportunity to collaborate & contribute to a safer & more inclusive event.
