About Harm Reduction Circle

It's about meeting people where they're at without judgement.

Harm Reduction Circle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing drug-related harms & promoting the well-being of individuals who use drugs, with a strong focus on underserved communities such as those experiencing homelessness & individuals in nightlife settings. Founded in 2021 on the principles of harm reduction, public health, & social justice, we provide life-saving resources, education, & direct support where it is needed most—whether at music festivals, on the streets, or through digital outreach. Our team is committed to fostering a compassionate, evidence-based approach to drug use & overdose prevention, ensuring that every individual has access to the tools & care they need to stay safe.

Through a combination of street-based outreach, festival harm reduction services, mail-order distribution of naloxone & fentanyl test strips, & customized training programs, we empower individuals & communities with practical solutions that reduce risk & save lives. Our work is deeply rooted in collaboration, partnering with healthcare providers, social service organizations, public health agencies, & local businesses to expand access to essential services. By prioritizing peer support, innovation, & rapid response, we are building a future where harm reduction is integrated into every community, creating safer environments & improving health outcomes for those most at risk.
