About Meals on Onewheels™
Meals on Onewheels™ is a direct action project driven by community economics. We are a dedicated community of Onewheel enthusiasts united to offer essential items & hot meals to our unhoused neighbors. The M.O.O movement was established by Mike Sierra in 2020 as an initiative of the Myriad Outreach Project.
Our Unique Approach in Orange County
Our chapter combines serving hot meals for the unhoused using Onewheels & Harm Reduction Circle's life-saving supply distribution & community readiness concept. This allows us to reach more unhoused individuals at high risk for drug overdoses, access hard-to-reach areas, provide nourishing meals & life-saving supplies, & reduce stigma through increased community involvement.
